Nurse360 takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data We Collect
We collect your name, email address, country, timezone, and exam preferences when you register. We also collect quiz performance data to power readiness scoring and study plans. When you sign up we note how you found us (the ad campaign tags in the link you followed, or the website that linked to us) so we can tell which of our ads work.
How We Use It
Your data is used to personalise your study experience, calculate readiness scores, and send relevant notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Service Providers
We share only what is needed with the providers that run Nurse360: Paystack (payments), Resend (transactional email), OpenAI (generating explanations and study plans; we send question text and your study focus, not your name or email), and PostHog and Google Analytics (product usage analytics, when enabled), Meta (the Meta Pixel measures whether visitors who saw our ads on Facebook or Instagram sign up, when enabled), and Google (the Google Ads tag measures whether visitors who clicked our Google ads sign up, when enabled; when you sign up it sends Google a one-way hashed copy of your email address, never the address itself, so Google can match the signup to an ad click). These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect your forms. If you arrive through a referral link, we set a cookie for up to 30 days so the referrer can be credited when you subscribe. Analytics tools may set their own cookies to measure how the site is used.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by Paystack. We do not store your card details. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
Data Retention
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. All associated data is removed within 30 days.
